Winter Blues Card Swap (3rd card)

I made 2 of these cards. One of them is not as fancy inside, the other is in my ETSY store for sale. Click on the link at the end of this blog to see the listing. This is the 3rd card in my 4 card swap. It took me practically 3 hours to make, why so long? Because I go with the flow of things. I end up changing colors and techniques, and because my cricut was giving me trouble.
